Delta are proud of the long and mutually beneficial relationship we have with many housing associations and we recognise and value the important role we play in providing an excellent repairs service to housing associations and their tenants. We also recognise that a housing association's residents are also our clients who pay our bills through the payment of their rent.
Our management and operatives work smoothly together to provide an efficient, helpful and courteous service to all residents. The Delta administration team can provide a daily update on a situation, a weekly update on all jobs, monthly KPI reports and annual PPM reports.
